Not entirely satisfied with your purchase at Purus Official or Purus Carwash? No worries! At Verenigde Webshops, we maintain a clear return policy. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason.

📝 How do returns work?

1. Register your return: Send an email to [mail@verenigdewebshops.nl] with your order number within 14 days of receipt.
2. Send the product back: After registration, you have another 14 days to ship the product to us.
3. Refund: Once we have received the package in good order, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

⚠️ Important conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, it is important that:

• The product is in its original condition and packaging.
• Products have only been unpacked to assess their nature and characteristics (as you would do in a physical store).

🧼 Exception for Carwash products

Please note: For liquids, polishes, and cleaning products from Purus Carwash, these cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the bottle has been opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

🚚 Shipping costs for returns

The costs for returning your package to our warehouse are at your own expense. We recommend sending your return with a Track & Trace code, so you always have proof of shipment.
